Clean and a good set up.
No refrigerator.
Really nice hotel for the price. Its not far from 6th st. $20 cab ride. If you're looking for something cheap but nice, this is it.

Room was dirty and hotel is in a bad area.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was dirty. The restaurant next to the hotel is run down i.e. the ceiling tiles were loose and almost falling down. The seats on the booths were old and torn. The floor was dirty.

It was dirty.
Furniture was old and in disrepair, bedspreads were stained, cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom, only one trashcan, it was noisy, tiny TV on a huge console, no pictures on the walls, it was pretty pathetic.
