The hotel was conveniently located.
The furniture in the business center was broken and disgusting.
The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms need updating. The furniture in the business center was broken and disgusting. The hotel needs some basic maintenance.

Staff helpful and curteous to myself and toddler grandson.
The hot tub did not work. The pool too cold for a toddler to swim in.
The desk clerk was very helpful with internet print outs of the cities attractions d/t the pamphlets in the lobby did not have a lot of local attraction advertisements.

Very pleasant staff.
Nothing.
Excellent location for all of Austin. Easy access to I 35. Exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and very quiet relaxed atmosphere. Very close to a wide variety of restaurants. I would stay here every time I come to Austin.
