Outstanding customer service.
The entrance to the hotel from interstate was dangerous.
Great hotel outstanding customer service. The entrance from interstate was very difficult and quite dangerous. That is the one reason we would not stay again.

One bartender did not mix good drinks AT ALL, there were several baby roaches in the bathroom

Fixtures, accessories worn, A/C and running water were loud.

Front desk staff was courteous, room was clean, bed was fantastic, no noise problems, no smoke problems, location was good to downtown and east side.
Toilet was the only unclean problem with the place, the luggage carrier sexually harassed me.
Overall, quite clean and comfortable. There was not any smoke or noise problems, pool looked nice, and location was good for me in order to get to east side,university campus, and downtown easily. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
