The Hotel offers some rooms with balconies, ocean views and canyon views. The Hotel has six stories with all rooms accessible by elevator. 7 day cancellation policy. 25.00 USD cancellation fee. Full stay deposit is charged to credit card at time of booking. No Pets.

The 6th floor deck was amazing.Rooms are pretty small.I enjoyed my stay at the St Lauren and will be sure to refer friends and stay there again.

Beautiful view.Did not open the view terrace until 9 am.Delightful location and romantic ambience. Slightly musty feeling.

The room was spacious and in very good condition.Loud noises through the night from electric carts struggling up the hill.The St. Lauren is two blocks from the main street, easy to find and walking distance to most Avalon destinations. The room was comfortable and clean but the hospitality was underwhelming.

It was quaint and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The continental breakfast was just one kind of cold roll and juice.This hotel was sweet and charming. It was comfortable without being luxurious. The weekday price was fair, but the weekend price was exorbitant.

The hotel was a block away from the beach; Cleaning staff were very helpful and thorough!Hotel's color (Pink); Front desk personnel weren't very friendly.Hard to beat for price vs. the other nearby hotels at Catalina Island.
