The staff in every department could not been more freindly or helpful.
We had no complaints .
The staff at the front desk,dinning room,and the chamber maids were the most freindly and helpful that we have ever had ,also the people at the gate who took our tickets and always wished us to have a great day.

They had popcorn in the evening and newspapers for the guests.
Housekeeping was inconsistent replenishing the supplies.
The hotel was very very clean, but lacked pizzazz. The bed was sinking in the middle, and there was no refrigerator or makeup mirror in the room. You expect those in a 4-star hotel.

Nice shower.
AC cycle was either too warm or cool.
Decent hotel, but squarely in the 2.5 star range - nothing about it was upscale -small rooms, tiny (though serviceable) bathrooms and a not very elegant entrance/lobby.
The staff in every department could not been more freindly or helpful.
