Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me with a small child.
Didn't like shower curtain. Indoor pool and jacuzzi.Small selection on continental breakfast & tiny workout room.Affordable,clean and conveniently located. Has indoor pool and jacuzzi but many unattended kids jumping in and out of both. Good for 1-2 nights. A little disappointed in continental breakfast-small selection.

Warm pool and Jacuzzi.Screaming children at pool.Hotel in nice area; somewhat friendly staff; warm pool; Jacuzzi very warm overall good stay and will return to this hotel in future!

The convenient location to attractions and parkways.Manager was unprofessional & rude. Our room was not ready by check in & without pillowcases. No hot water over 12 hours, phone lines were out also.We had to wait over 20 minutes after check in with our bags in the lobby (without apology) and when we got there we had no toiletries and no pillowcases on the pillows. Friendly staff, good breakfast, accessible to desired locations.Exercise room should open earlier. (Opened at 10:00 am wanted to exercise at 8:00 am)Very nice stay and good helpful staff.

Unfortunately, really no PROS to reportHorrible, Slum-like locationThis has to be one of the worst hotels we've stayed in. Made reservations over the internet and had already given my credit card, so were pretty much locked in. This hotel is in the same parking lot as a truck stop.
