The cleanliness of the room.Location.The hotel was very clean. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent.

The wake up call was on time.The desk clerks were very rude from the time we checked in to the time we checked out.The clerk was rude when we checked in. They turned out room keys off. Charged us for coffee in the room when they have coffee pots in the room. Would not give us the triple AAA discount they offer. Would not give us the check out sheet of the charges. I h...Read More
