Everything was impeccably clean and the service was friendly.Too close to the I90.It was a really good experience. The beds were comfortable.

This hotel is old with not much to like about it.This hotel is older and does not offer much at any price anymore.You booked us at the Holiday Inn Batavia, NY not the Hampton Inn. We would have liked to stay at the Hampton instead. We were not satisfied with our stay at the Holiday Inn, Batavia NY. Next time I would try a different hotel!!!

Staff were pleasant and courteous.N/AI would recommend this hotel for any traveler. The rooms were neat and clean, the pool is very accessible, the gym as well. Breakfast had something for everyone and was very convenient.

Great bed and great breakfast.Pillows! They need down ones!Highly recommend this hotel- just off the NY Thruway, easy on and off, very clean and comfortable with a nice hot breakfast!
