Staff went beyond their duty to try and get us into a nonsmoking room and did succeed the second night of our stay.

Location. Urine smell. We were very disappointed. Smoke and urine smell. We turned on the heater and it got worse. Burn spots on bathroom counter. Could not sleep, completely horrible.
