Very compact and clean - not luxurious but ok.
No air conditioning in our room, no vending or ice machines, very tiny room.
The room, although small was clean and adequate. The amenities outside the room were nil. The restaurant food and service were poor and very overpriced. The bar service, although expensive, was very good and friendly. Thank goodness for the good bar servi...Read More

The front desk staff was pleasant, professional and efficient.
Massive confusion over payment for room and whether breakfast was included.
The hotel is centrally located. Its public areas and guest rooms are clean and well-maintained though bathroom fixtures a bit worn-looking. Our rooms (2) looked out on a moss-covered roof that was home to many seagulls whose communications went on all nig...Read More

The location was superb with the dining room overlooking the river and the city centre just outside the door.
The pool had been removed.
This hotel was a very good choice as it was only steps from the shops, the Roman Baths, the Health Spa, the cathedral and the city centre. The expansive windows of the dining room overlooked the river which was beautiful. Choices for the breakfast were va...Read More

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and classy. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant staff was good.
Rooms are in very poor condition. Poor value for money.
Hands down the worst Hilton I¿ve been to. Ever. in the past three months I¿ve spend 20 days in Hiltons in Johannesburg, new York, and Amsterdam. And the Hilton in bath wasn't even close. I can't think of another Hilton across the world that I¿ve staye...Read More
