Very compact and clean - not luxurious but ok.No air conditioning in our room, no vending or ice machines, very tiny room.The room, although small was clean and adequate. The front desk staff was pleasant, professional and efficient.Massive confusion over payment for room and whether breakfast was included.The hotel is centrally located. The location was superb with the dining room overlooking the river and the city centre just outside the door.The pool had been removed.This hotel was a very good choice as it was only steps from the shops, the Roman Baths, the Health Spa, the cathedral and the city centre. Loved the flat screen TV, the bathtub and the overall cleanliness.There is nothing I did not like.This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and classy. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Restaurant staff was good.Rooms are in very poor condition. Poor value for money.Hands down the worst Hilton I¿ve been to. Ever. in the past three months I¿ve spend 20 days in Hiltons in Johannesburg, new York, and Amsterdam. And the Hilton in bath wasn't even close.
