Clean suites, friendly and accommodating staff.
Each suite has a furniture piece blocking the return air, and the filters need cleaning.

This hotel offered many amenities that other more expensive hotels in the area did not.
It would have been nice to have dvd/vhs players with the televisions in the rooms.
