Cleanliness.I was double charged for my rooms after offering to provide the receipt . I also had my bank statement.I will stay at other hotels in the future. Will not recommend this hotel to my friends who are mostly Nurses. My husband and I are both Nurses.

Staff was friendly.Staff was not trained properly and hotel was very poorly maintained.The staff was friendly but that's it for the good news. The room was in poor condition.
