Very close to downtown. Breakfast was good & plentiful. Front desk evening staff were very helpful. Close to dining & other stores.

One of the people who worked the front desk was rude.
The lobby and half of the hotel smelled like smoke even in "no smoking" areas.

Continental breakfast was even included. Great for skiing, room was accessible from the patio door and we could unload all of our sport equipment easily.

Very close to old Quebec.
They offer a continental breakfast but there is no restaurant to eat it in.
All was well except the lack of restaurant. We had a pleasant stay and the room was better than expected.

Location was convenient.
I was given a smokers room, my sister has bronchial problems and my friend is asthmatic so their second night in that room was not very pleasant.
I think the customer service is very important, I felt the initial reception from the staff was unfriendly, perhaps non whites are not welcome there.

The location was perfect and the staff very friendly.
No pool or hot tub.
Great place to stay. Close to downtown Quebec city and to the canyon in St. Anne.
