Hotel staff was the very friendly and so accommodating. WONDERFUL!N/ABEST experience I've ever had. They were so welcoming! If I ever return to Beckley, I'm staying at this hotel and no other!

The bed was extremely comfortableN/AWe stayed at this hotel twice in one week...the first room was exceptional....however, on our return trip the room we got had not had it's bed upgraded..not so nice. My review represents our first stay.
