Dog friendly.Noise in hallway/too hot.Pretty hotel. Clean. Very hot room. Winter and below freezing temps. Had heat off and a/c wouldn't come on. Had to open window and it was very noisy for the 2 nights I stayed. Drive was very icy. Fell once on ice that was there my entire stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff.Lack of restaurant/ room service.Conveniently located to Offutt AFB. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Room was spotlessly clean, with sufficient amenities (iron and ironing board is a little unusual). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Gave me a great rate on a suite for my grandson to use for wedding night.Some drunks where knocking on doors and being obnoxious and I tried to call front desk and phone just went to busy signal, so finally called on my cel.Needs to do a better job of security.

Location, price, courteous staff, continental breakfast.Did not have separate closet/area for hung clothes.No serious complaints. We would definitely stay there again. It was a clean friendly place with everything we could want.

Convenient, clean and quiet.Very small, rather cramped room.This hotel is easy to get to, has well lighted parking. Had to ask and be changed to a non smoking room. The side door would not open with the room key. The room was clean and quiet but extremely small and cramped. Recommend for short stays only.
