Overall Rating:
The beds were comfortable and the microwave, breakfast,and coffee made it totally a good.
The staff was unfriendly.We liked the big comfortable bed, convenient location, coffee maker in our room, microwave, micro fridge, hair dryer. Way more accommodating than most places. The staff was rude and un friendly.

The hotel location to all of the places that I wanted to visit.Noise from the other guests above and next to our room because the walls and floors were thin.The walls and floors were so thin that we could hear the other guests walking above our room and next door.

My leaving and checking out was the greatest thing about it.I didn't like anything when it came to management. Not customer friendly at all.I can't boast about this hotel, but only warn people of it. If you don't want friendly service then this hotel is perfect for you. If you feel you need respect, and hospitality, this hotel is not for you.

Early check-in.Noisy and smelly.I was upset because I could not stay another night. That place made me sick and then they told me they could not give me my money back for the night I did not stay. This was a bummer.

It was very conveniently located for my needs.A little awkward to enter the hotels parking lot due to road construction at this time.It was a good hotel for my needs, I needed easy access to both Philadelphia and upper de, and it served my purpose well.
