Ice machine broke down.
Better than my stay in Las Vegas.

Room was clean, but smelled of smoke.
Smoke smell, general appearance poor.
Truckers hotel, clean but very basic.

$20 discount for my complaints.
Dirty carpet, broken ice machine, rude staff.
With the exception of the day clerk who gave me a $20 adjustment on my bill... the room we were assigned and the room we were offered as a transfer were equally filthy, no ice bucket, ice machine broken, the restaurant still had Mother's Day prices on it'...Read More
