Driving Directions: RDM-Roberts Field Airport 18 mi N . From -RDM- Airport. Drive north on Highway 97 into Bend. Exit onto Business 9- follow Franklin Ave- turn left onto Franklin 5 blocks on right is Phoenix Inn Suites. -From Portland. Drive south on I-5 to Salem east on Hwy 22 over Santiam Pass through Sisters into Bend. Once in Bend the highway turns into Business 97. Follow down to Franklin Avenue turn right. Five blocks on right is the Phoenix Inn Suites.
