Location of the hotel made traveling between Rogers and Bella Vista was greatTV was difficult to watch from bed due to the location of the bed in the room.The hotel was very clean. The staff was excellent except for one person at the desk which was a little cranky.

Close to highway.Dirty, food was not good, AC did not work, unfriendly people.I feel the front desk person was nice, the buffet we paid for was really over priced. Everything was clean and in great working order.Distance from attractions.Great basic service for the price level. Had to drive to get to any attractions in the area. The hotel is right next to the highway. The kids screaming or playing in the pool was earsplitting but kids will be kids.
