The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful.
No problems.The hotel is pleasant, very close to the Metro and has a pleasant and responds to the needs of there customers.

Convenient to Metro, easy access to DC, good breakfast and great to have kitchen.Elevators slow.I've stayed here before and was glad to be back. This time we needed a color copy and staff was helpful getting to a nearby Kinkos. Bethesda is nice on its own but mostly we went into DC. Loved the location of this hotel.

Kitchen was fully equipped and very clean..N/AExcellent location-close ( 15 minutes) to American University where I was going. Very upscale neighborhood. Easy parking situation. very clean. No room service. Not luxurious. Seemed to have very few employees particularly at night.

Easily access all of the D.C. Metro without having to be in the midst of it.Lots of weird bumping and thumping from the equipment.This hotel is well located. One can easily get to everything in the region since the hotel has easy access to the METRO. Very classy - tasteful - roomy.Nothing really.Almost European in demeanor, this high rise hotel, located in the middle of downtown Bethesda, is an excellent place to stay, at a reasonable cost.
