This hotel is convenient to get to. The staff was good.Pool and hot tub were closed down due to the loss of the key.We had a pleasant stay. The room was cleaned daily and the staff is friendly. Noise was minimal. We were disappointed about the pool and hot tub, but the afternoon attendant tried his best to solve the problem. Overall a very good stay.

Easy to find. Near a good restaurant.Too expensive. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the night before in El Paso, TX and it was much nicer and cleaner and almost cost half as much.It's okay. I thought the staff was not very friendly. Never smiled. Cold and indifferent. They need customer service training.
