Location and concierge was quite helpful.
Building under construction and a couple of the receptionists were rude.
I'm sure the hotel will be a comfortable place to stay when the construction has completed. The location is great!

A beautiful hotel only a few blocks from the city centre of Birmingham. Not quite in the heart of the city, but not far either.

The hotel was nice; the area of Birmingham was congested and not a very nice surroundings. It worked for us, as we wanted to see a specific cathedral in that neighborhood.
