The price.
The lobby was like a cheap motel, there were cigarette burns on the carpet, the recliner, the bathroom sink and the kitchen countertop.
They had a snack bar that cost for everything except the coffee. The room was a little tight for 4 people. The weight room was nice and the free laundry machine but the lobby was very unwelcoming, tiny and felt like a cheap motel. For the price it was ok ...Read More

Check in time.
Although the location and staff were perfect, the check in time should have been addressed before the reservation was made. Had I known the check in time I would not have booked with this hotel.
