We were late going into the pool, but they kept it open for us for an extra while, so we could enjoy the spa! Great breakfast.
No complaints.I would & will use again.

Nice clean facility.No elevator. We were on the second floor, which was inconvenient due to no elevator.It was up to par with what we've come to expect from Holiday Inn Express, which has been very good thus far. Room was very large and comfortable.Refrigerator was noisy, had to unplug it. Area for sink was at entrance to room and not well laid out.The hotel is very nice and staff is very friendly. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Near great city park and excellent restaurants and bakeries.Did not notify us that the pool and spa was being renovated and unusable.Asked for credit (along with many other guests with families) because there was no safe access to the indoor pool.
