Staff was exceptional at resolving problems. Renovation set up blocked our view.

Excellent /friendly staff. Very nice breakfast / clean and nice decor in reception and dining area.
Mentioned condition of room to staff but told them it was liveable. Was informed Ramada was being changed into a Days Inn and the rooms would be the last to be remolded. Over all we were happy staying there for the night. Great staff.

It was not clean. The paint and wallpaper were peeling.

Questionable security.
While I was away someone broke into my room to use the phone. I was charged for a phone call I did not make. Noise from AC was too loud to sleep. There is a no chance that I or my associates will stay in this hotel ever again.

Dirty; outdated; trash and old furniture scattered around the grounds.
