It was convenient to the university we were visiting and my children loved the TV.That we did not get a confirmation that breakfast came with the room.Our hotel room was very clean we loved that there was a working TV and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent /friendly staff. Very nice breakfast / clean and nice decor in reception and dining area.Dirty bathroom/poorly maintained facilities/ rug needed vacuuming.Mentioned condition of room to staff but told them it was liveable. Was informed Ramada was being changed into a Days Inn and the rooms would be the last to be remolded. Over all we were happy staying there for the night. Great staff.

We only had to stay one night.It was not clean. The paint and wallpaper were peeling.The Ramada in Blacksburg gives a nice first impression, but then hits you with the sobering reality. Near my destination.Questionable security.While I was away someone broke into my room to use the phone. I was charged for a phone call I did not make. Noise from AC was too loud to sleep. There is a no chance that I or my associates will stay in this hotel ever again.
