The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

Location to Virginia Tech.There was no hot water - water heater broke - they shut water off.This hotel was not worth the money we spent. The breakfast buffet was poor. The hot water heater broke so there was no hot water - they shut off the water all together.

It was very convenient to VT which is what we needed.I had a smoking room that I don't believe I ordered.This hotel is very convenient to Virginia tech. Even I could find the college and that is saying something. The continental breakfast was well worth it, with waffles, muffins, cereal and a lot of other choices. I would definitely stay here again.

It was very pleasant to stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly.The treadmill was broken. I was looking forward to using the exercise room.Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Nice, clean rooms. Easy access to Va Tech Campus.Directions on internet were not correct. Breakfast could have more variety. Add fresh fruit variety and hard boiled eggs.Good choice for visiting parents.

It was right off the main road with a light so you can get in and out easy.Staff at main desk was not real friendly.Location was good if you needed to get to VT. A light out on the main street made it easy to get in and out of Inn. Short drive to places to eat.
