Situated in the centre of Blairgowrie- the Angus Hotel has always provided a warm welcome for guests. Over the years the hotel has been tastefully extended to accommodate our growing base of visitors. Our expansion to 81 rooms has not only increased our capacity to welcome more guests - it has also allowed us to offer specialized packages and special rates.Through the years the hotel has managed to retain its renowned style and country warmth and is well known for its friendly staff - personalized service and the ability to meet almost every unique request.A stay at the Angus Hotel is a superb choice for accommodation in the heart of the Scottish countryside. Most rooms enjoy views over the hotel patio - the Ericht River or historic Wellmeadow Town Square. The rooms vary in size and some can accommodate an extra bed. There are four spacious family rooms with bunk beds for small children and triple rooms with either three single beds or one double and one single. Our restaurant offers outstanding traditional cuisine and our head chef - Sandy Goodsir - is always obliging and will prepare vegetarian or any other special dish with consummate skill and flair. Fresh local produce such as Haggis from our local butcher - fish from Tayside rivers and berries from the renowned soft fruit farming community makes for a genuine Highland experience.Our Leisure Complex offers guests the use of an indoor heated swimming pool - sauna and spa bath. A tanning booth is available for a supplement.We pride ourselves on providing a complete holiday package from the moment you walk into our pleasant reception area to the day you climb back in your vehicle and we bid you a fond farewell.
