Very accommodating, very friendly, and impeccable in cleanliness.ABC and NBC channels in the evening had sound only and no picture. Did have pictures in the morning programs.Great location for my work, impeccable in cleanliness and amenities. Friendly staff and I definitely would stay there again.

The room was very nicely decorated. There were many choices at breakfast.Chairs in breakfast area could be smaller so there would be more room for the people. The size of the room was adequate and the beds were comfortable.The room was not cleaned when we returned late in the afternoon. They offered to clean it, but we were relaxing and watching TV.The hotel is acceptable, but not great. The next time we visit Bloomington, we will look elsewhere first. Clean, great beds, nice staff.Location from the heart of the IU campus. Hard to get a cab back.This is a very nice hotel and very clean. The staff was nice as well and they had comfortable beds. The only negative was the distance from the heart of the IU campus, but we were very satisfied.
