Staff very helpful with business requests, i.e. faxing, copying, securing transport. Continental breakfast was a little lack-luster. I would suggest Microtel, when the trip is short and/or price is a large factor. It was clean, had friendly staff, and everything anyone could expect for the price.

The convenience to the mall of America. Very small room no place to sit for breakfast, not comfortable did not feel safe. We did not feel safe desk clerk did not give correct directions to hotel room was not comfortable very small. I was charged $1 for having a safe in my room which I did not use. I would not go here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, not the best lighting. There was nowhere to sit and have our minimal continental breakfast.
