I loved the value of the hotel, the breakfast was great and it was very close to Mall of America and other shops and restaurants.
The pool was quite chilly, but fun once you got used to it.N/A

Attached lounge/restaurant.That there wasn't a main stairway way to walk up by entry area..there was elevators and side stair wells.Was a decent place to stay.

Excellent. Very friendly staff.Continental breakfast didn't offer much.My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. From the desk staff to shuttle drivers every employee we encountered was very friendly and offered a variety of suggestions for things to do. We even got coupons for bars and restaurants in the area.

Its location near the Mall of AmericaIt is a little hard to find if you don't know the areaI have always liked the Holiday Express chain. There rooms are comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The brunch is a for sure plus. Its location is excellent for those folks looking to shop or visit the Mall of America.
