Large rooms good pillows.The girl who checked us in coughing all over us.The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant, which was very good.

Very nice suites, beds were comfortable and second room was perfect for our child.The heater was in the main room and it was used to heat both spaces.I highly recommend this hotel, the staff was excellent and the facilities were clean.

The front desk staff was excellent.The room was not 3 1/2 star quality. Rooms are not appealing.The house cleaners took pop out of our cooler with out permission when they were cleaning our room. I went to use the coffee pot and there was some strange bug came crawling out from under the cups. Water damage on the ceiling.

I liked the hip boutique-feel of the hotel!There was nothing I disliked, and I will definitely stay there again.This is a great hotel in terms of ambiance and location, as it is very near great restaurants and shopping.

Very comfortable bed.No bedskirts on the exposed box springs.Great shuttle bus service to the mall of America.
