Clean room, friendly staff Breakfast buffett Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffett was not good. Food was cold, no milk, no juice, no coffee. The furnishings were very nice, motel clean, handy to our children's home we were visiting. It needs steps down from the parking lot to the driveway, so you don't have to walk in the wet grass or drive way. It was very comfortable, and we have stayed once before and probably will return as we have two children who live nearby in Blue springs and we visit them often. Always looking for a nice place to stay that isn't too expensive.
