Nice view of the intracoastal waterway. 
Charged an extra mandatory fee ($10.65) for the customer's convenience of having coffee, valet service (which we didn't use), and other extras. N/A

Overall Rating:
I didn't like anything in this hotel. Very noisy, old, dirty, bad signaled, it needs reform. Noisy, with smell of fish, old man, dirtiness, I was collected by taxes of services what I did not use. I will never return to this hotel.

Staff was friendly. Rooms smelled moldy. Nice views and friendly staff. Rooms were musty - smelled moldy. Overall was OK but seemed more like a 2-2.5 star hotel.

N/A It needs a major update. This hotel needs a major over-haul. Which I hear they plan on doing in a few months. Nice location, nice view of the inlet/lake. A quick jaunt to the ocean.
