I liked the flat screen TV .Pool closed. Hot tube cold. They ran out of food at breakfast. There was no HBO channel on TV.The pool was closed. The hot tube was freezing. The elevator went so slow it took 5 minutes to get from the 2nd floor to the ground floor. At the continental breakfast they ran out of food!

The pool area was nice, just to leave the smell of the room.That they stuck us in a smoking room and they did not want to change our room location and they were pretty rude about it.It was a nice and clean hotel, except they did not want to change where we slept. The lady that helped us was quite rude about the whole thing.

Iliked almost everything about my stay at the Holiday Inn. Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating.
Your parking lot is hard to park in.I will recommend this hotel to everyone that travels to that area. I have stayed in some really nice hotels and this one was just as good as a 4 or 5 star hotel.

The fact that is in Boerne TX.Smell of Mold in the air. Very hard to find good parking.It was very hard to find. This place is about 9 years old. It has a smell mold in the air. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly.N/AOur group was beyond happy with our stay although they got a better rate paying up front then we did but we did need the room so we did not complain any, other than that the hotel stay was excellent.

Clean & comfortable rooms! Convenient, friendly staff,Outdoor pool! Expensive movie rentals $11.00? Should have a DVD player instead of vs.I really enjoyed the hotel and all the amenities. I found it friendly, and clean. I loved the layout frig, microwave, dishes and everything. Wonderful for a traveling family that needs to save on meals. I'd visit again and tell others about it too!

Everything.Does not apply.Excellent hotel. It is the most pleasant stay. Haida is a special person and we always happen to be there when Haida is on duty. She is an ASSET to this hotel.
