The hotel is new, in a good location, and modern facilities.The attitude of the staff is typical of Chicago. Indifferent to rude.Every room is non smoking, so no choice has to be made between the rooms you want, its price and if you have to endure the smell of an ashtray.

Hot tub was awesome.Had some problems with hot water in the morning.Located close to interstate easy travel into and out of downtown Chicago. Good breakfast- variety. Hot tub was great. Only problem was had problems with getting hot water in the am for a shower. Awesome authentic Mexican restaurant just down the street.

Room furnishings, bedding, etc.Attitude of desk clerk upon check-in, not professional.Excellent facility. I'm also going to stay at a Springhill in Rochester, MN in a few weeks and looking forward to the visit.
