I<BR/>liked the jacuzzi tub in the room. Nice plus. 
I saw a roach on the door of the refrigerator late at night. This hotel is in a very convenient location, near restaurants and Grandfather Mountain. Access to the hotel parking lot is easy, however, leaving the hotel parking, if you are turning left, is quite difficult.

Very clean and<BR/>helpful staff. Only one elevator, at one end of the hallway. This is a great hotel for the money. Very clean. Hotel staff was exceptional and friendly. The breakfast was very well done. I will stay there again!

Liked the breakfast. Doubled the cost because it was new years eve. Not a bad hotel. Not light a exits so getting out was a slight pain in the rear. Close to all the stores and plenty of places to eat.

The room was spacious and had a sitting area that made it extra luxurious. Breakfast a little cramped. Nice building with charm inside the lobby and the rooms. Convenient location.

It had a homey atmosphere. It does need some updating in room care. I stayed in the same hotel in Charleston SC a few weeks ago and it was a little more cleaner and may have been a newer hotel. The complementary breakfast was not as good in Boone as the one in Charleston, it was ok for the price.

The hotel layout user was friendly, also the hotel was perfect for a mountain trip. I was pleased with everything at this hotel. The hotel was in a good location, very pleasant mountain setting/theme, and the staff was very friendly. We were very pleased with this choice and will stay there again.

The handicapped bathroom and the in room Wi-Fi. The furniture was well used and definitely needs upgrading. It had nice decor with very friendly staff. The in room Wi-Fi is great. The furniture does need to be upgraded. Overall, the stay was comfortable and quite (much needed). Thanks.
