Location right off highway.
Cleanliness.Candy wrapper under bed and cookie crumbs on night stand. So it was not to clean. And for a smoking room it smelled awful.

Leaving.Poor staff attitude- extremely dirty.We found dirty panties in between the sheets while getting ready to check out the next morning. Manager first offered us $10 off for the slight inconvenience, then agreed not to charge. This is a very dirty motel!

Close to interstate exit.Our room was dirty - still had dirty washcloths from previous guests hanging in the shower.Left over dirty towels made me wonder how clean the entire room was. Also, extra toilet paper roll was a used roll. Made me wonder where it came from.
