Staff were fabulous and the suite was attractive and spacious.
The pillows were not big and fluffy. No phone book. TV stand should have a turntable top.
Residence Inn in Bossier City is a step above other area motels and better than other suite hotels at which I have stayed. It was comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The staff was definitely top drawer.
