Location.
Terrible room - loud - heard every water drip from surrounding rooms.
Terrible room - loud - noisy - dirty - toilet roll didn't work - heard upper and side neighbors every move, flush and conversation. Heard people up and down the hall all night until past 4 am.

The hotel was in a good location; rooms were nice and comfortable for the price paid.
The night workers were not very friendly; charged my credit card twice for no purpose at all.

Everything was great.
Large rooms with fun decorations, felt tropical.

All 3 of the TVs & convenience.
Ugly print on comforter & walls.
I loved this hotel with all the mirrors and space in the bathroom. Loved the TV in the bathroom. Loved the space in the room and the fact that the hotel was off the highway. Hotel buffet was really good! The staff at the casino could have been friendlier.

I loved the whirlpool in the room.
The bed and pillows were terrible.
The hotel was wonderful. People were friendly. I just thought for such a nice place the bed should have been more comfortable. The bed was lumpy and the pillows basically a lump.
