Due to it being a slow weekend, we were upgraded from a double room to a concierge level room.N/ASince we were in a concierge level room everything was wonderful, very clean, staff was attentive.

Close to the theater where the show was I attended. The staff was very helpful.I did not like to have to pay for parking.The hotel was beautiful and decorated beautifully for Christmas. They had nice shops in the hotel and it was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The staff was extremely accommodating, went above and beyond.N/AWe stayed in the city after my graduate school graduation. The woman, that checked us in, noticed my cap/gown and upgraded our room. When we returned to our room that evening there was a bottle of Champagne from her. Wonderful service!

Nice location. Beautiful lobby.One of the 2 rooms wasn't as nice as the other. It was quite a bit smaller.I think a hotel of this caliber should have in-room facilities for coffee/tea making. Otherwise, it was as expected.
