Location and proximity to public transportation.
Paying for parking and noisy revelers in the corridors.
Location but noisy because of the location.

Very close to Fenway Park.
Front desk staff were not accomodating.
Front desk staff need to be reminded they are in customer service. The motel is excelently place next to Fenway Park.

Location to Fenway Park is unbeatable.
Odd smells and lack of temperature control.
Seeing Fenway Park out your window is incredible. Everything else is poor to mediocre. The staff was friendly enough.

Great staff, perfect for night at fen way.
Check in parking area very tight.
For a sleep over before hitting the airport in the morning, perfect, as we went to fen way last night in Boston.

Housekeeping staff do not speak English.
