Location close to Prudential Shopping Center and Convention Center.Absolutely rude and arrogant front desk staff.Check-in without any greeting, maybe efficient but not friendly. Location, comfortable beds, clean.Noisy neighbors - hotel staff did not assist in quieting down.Beautiful hotel with great staff. Only complaint - thin walls, noisy neighbors - we contacted the front desk, yet no one ever asked our neighbors to quiet down.
