Nothing is included.
Very nice hotel with a great staff. Great location. Nice fitness center. Only issue is the charge for things that you should get for free parking, internet, breakfast.

Location in Boston.
There was a nightclub outside of our window that was very loud at 2am.
We always had to wait at the elevator, they were slow, so that can get frustrating after a while. The room was clean, roomy and except for the street noise in the middle of the night we had a pleasant stay.

Location.
Cost of dining.
Excellent hotel as a base for visiting Boston, close to all of the main attractions but will need taxi if traveling with significant luggage ( no shuttle bus to airport & 5 minis from the T).

Overall Rating:
The comfort and decor of the room was lovely. It was quite spacious.
Coffee maker was difficult to access. There was a lot of noise outside when the bars closed.
A comfortable and clean hotel that is attractively decorated.
