Very nice, upscale, boutique-style hotel. A lot of staff to help in any situation you are never waiting. Very modern decor. Over all a great little hotel right in the heart of downtown Boston- and for the price we got through Priceline- unbeatable!

No coffee maker in room.
Very stylish. Our concierge recommended and booked dinner reservations. When we needed a cab for dinner, doorman gave driver our destination without me telling him!
