Lovely hotel with good biz location.
Location is a bit out of the way.
Large rooms that are perfect for business travel; located near the biz district and south station. Walk to Legal for dinner. Walk will be cold in winter due to the open location near water.

Really liked the layout of the room.
We did not have a very good view, just a building under construction close to the window.
Very easy to get to in town. Not a very far walk to the interesting downtown spots. A few nice pubs and lunch spots near by and the harbor front walk was nice.
