Location and friendliness of the staff.
The air conditioning makes a high pitch whistle that is annoying.The hotel was clean and well-decorated. The rooms are small; however, the bathroom and closet was spacious. Our only issue was the heating/cooling system whistled -- so sleeping in a cooler room was a problem. It felt very stuffy at night.

Coffee in the lobby in the morning and the events posted on the bed.The size of the bathroom, no space to get ready.Very clean and the hotel staff was great. They called cabs and gave a walking map for shopping the next day. The staff members made sure you were aware of what the hotel had to offer, the lounge and the early morning jog.

Gorgeous decor, great staff, excellent location.Small room.This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, in the Boston area. Beautifully renovated but with some period details remaining. Great social atmosphere if you want it, during wine tasting. Really loved this hotel.
