Villa room was very spacious and I was happy to have a washer and dryer in the room.No free breakfast or happy hour.Very pleasant, the room was spacious and very clean. The room had a full size kitchen with dishwasher, a washer and dryer, a nice dining room, a loft and the bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet.

Location for the plans I had.Staff not helpful; No soft drinks on 1st floor.Good location with middle-of-the road amenities. Staff should take part in a seminar on how to smile and deal with the public, and how to be more helpful.

The room was newly furnished, beds comfortable and a balcony.Under construction and lots of hotel items in hallways, difficult to get to elevator. Workers near pool area. No place to put a suitcase in room.I think it will be a good hotel once remodeling is done. We recommend shutting down for a couple of weeks to get major work done. It was close to our destination and had easy access to shopping and travel.The bed was a bit soft and sheets very starchy.The over all experience was nice.

Clean nice rooms.Pete Rose's was horrid.Excellent room, very clean. Staff caring. Pool area very nice if small. Pete Rose restaurant, attached to the hotel, is the worst.

Inexpensive compared to the hotels in palm beach, yet close to them.No breakfast. Sad and dreary restaurant (Pete Rose's). Unclean, wasp-ridden balcony.Near to what's happening in palm beach, but much cheaper. Convenient location.Makes smokers feel punished.Room smelled awful, blood on coverlet, mildew on shower curtain, clock unplugged every day by maids. Staff not accommodating, ATM broken our entire one-week stay, Coke machines empty/broken. This place is almost a dive.
