The bad beds, bad rooms, clogged bathtub, etc.

It was clean, and had a pool.
They had no elevator, but only one flight of stairs, since it was on a hill. The receptionist told us we had to pay for the fridge.

Very clean and helpful staff.
Ice machine on one floor was broken.
The hotel was very clean and set up in a user friendly way. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My remote control to the TV broke and the staff had a new one in my room in less than five minutes. Pool and outside area of the hotel was clean too.

Location.
My room was on the 4th floor and there were no elevators.
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Nice outdoor pool with rooms all around. The only negative was no elevators.

Basic hotel nothing special.
Room was not ready when we arrived, had to wait for housekeeper to come in from home because they forgot to clean the room but allowed us to check into.
The room was not ready until 6 PM that evening. We were late for our dinner plans because we were waiting for the housekeeper to clean our room. We also found numerous cockroaches in the bathroom of this hotel. Hotel would not do anything about it.
