The staff was friendly and informative from the moment that I arrived.Everything was wonderful.The staff was terrific, location great and accommodations were more than what I expected. The room was perfect.

Nice hotel near shows.N/AGreat place to stay when you're in Branson to see the shows. Lovely hotel, balconies a nice surprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Complimentary breakfast.Parking lot very slippery during ice storm. It was not treated.A bit gaudy, like the rest of Branson, but earnestly trying to make all their guests feel comfortable and rested. The restaurant made an excellent prime rib. The convience of location.The whirlpool jets were not working and that was pretty disappointing.We really enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend it to anyone (as long as the whirlpool was fixed!)

Loved the pool and the indoor room hot tub.The room wouldn't get cold enough.Perfect.

Nice pool area bit indoor and out doors.Breakfast was not very good; they need to make improvements.Hotel was Ok for the price we paid. Probably will not stay there in the future. I prefer a little nicer accommodation than what they offered.
