The hotel was absolutely filthy and there were bugs in the bathroom.
The hotel was filthy and there was food left in our room from another guests. There were bugs in the bathroom. I'm not even sure if the bedding was actually changed as the pillowcases where not very white. I would never stay there again.

Rooms were dirty, smelly, outdated. Rooms need to updated and thoroughly clean and aired out! Stay away! Go somewhere else!
Hotel was dirty and smelly - rooms and common areas. Would not recommend. Lots of other good, clean hotels in Brantford. Staff was not friendly either! We have stayed in lots of hotels, but will not be back here � ever!

The location was great. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
I was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in there hotel. The hall reeked of cigarette smoke.

Location, amenities, microwave in room, pool, fitness room.
Cable TV, air conditioning did not work.
It suited our needs fabulously. A quick stay in town, located beside everything you need.

Location and it has a good restaurant on site.
The maintenance was a little shaky. The ice machine would not work on the floor I was on. The bathroom caulking looked like a 3rd grader did it.
This is a hotel is a low end 2.5 star. It is better than most 2 star hotels. But overall it is fine and is a good value. Do not use it for a honeymoon choice.
